December 31^st

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS

Ohio State Alumni Sports Tours Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the main level of the Millennium Biltmore in the South Galleria Lobby, outside of the Heinsbergen Room.

January 1^st – Game Day!

7:15 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE: ROSE PARADE

Motor coach transportation departs for the Rose Parade. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please note: this was an optional tour that was available for pre-purchase. Please meet in the lower level of the Millennium Biltmore by 4:45 am.

9:30 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE

For guests not participating in the Rose Parade optional tour, motor coach transportation departs for Pasadena. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please meet in the lower level of the Millennium Biltmore by 9:15 am.

11:00 am – 2:00 pm | PREGAME HUDDLE ON THE ROAD

Takes place at the Terry Donahue Pavilion, TCL Club, Level C at Rose Bowl Stadium

2:10 pm | KICKOFF – GO BUCKEYES!

108th ROSE BOWL GAME:
Ohio State Buckeyes vs Utah Utes

45 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE

No later than 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches depart for return to the hotel from Lot K. Please exit Gate A and look for the OSUAA tour signs directing you to your designated motor coach. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
